More on the Ka Huna Philosophy
Ka Huna is an Ancient Hawaiian templestyle of bodywork, that embraces a sacred and beautiful style of healing. Within the modern application of these Ancient Principles, you will reconnect the body with your mind to obtain more balance, energy and radiance.
The Body "The Joy of life takes over as the mind and body are set free."
Massage is probably the oldest and most simple of all treatments. Bodywork/massage has been known and used for thousands of years and bodywork is still one of the most beneficial ways of keeping the body free from stress. In sports, psychotherapies, and various natural therapeutics methods, massage is used as a very efficient way of relieving pain and repairing injuries
The Mind " Our mind has the power to create the life we wish for."
The Huna philosophy is the mental tool incorporated in Sepp's Practice. The philosophy enables you to change from thinking negatively to thinking positively. It will help you in developing a better and more fulfilling lifestyle.
You can experience how the state of your mind affects your emotions and how you can free locked up memories and emotional states. You become capable of successfully treating harmful addictions, insomnia, migraine and depression, as well as breaking destructive habits as you learn a healthier, happier and more harmonious way of living your life.
What You Can Expect During And After A Massage?
I will consult with you about your current state of your physical, mental and emotional health. This assists you and I in deciding on the treatment focus for the session.
During the massage, it helps to focus your attention on your breath. Each inhalation offers a chance to draw fresh energy and inspiration into the body-mind, and each exhalation, an opportunity to dissolve tension, to let go of anything that limits you, and to deepen your experience of relaxation.
It is important to drink plenty of water after a massage as this assists in the detoxifying process.
Ka Huna bodywork is a powerful form of healing that affects people differently. In the days following a massage, you might experience a range of emotions as various energies are still shifting. There is no need to worry. Simply observe your emotions without getting caught up in them and let them flow. The healing/cleansing effects and re-balancing of the body-mind can be felt for weeks after the treatment.
“The gifts I gave you were always yours, I merely unwrapped them and revealed them to you...”
